View looking northwest over Sugnet Road near Valley Drive, sandbags were placed along Sugnet Road to prevent flood water from reaching the hospital buildings. The parking lot is flooded, large earth moving equipment in the photograph shows efforts to construct earthen dams or berms to control the flood water. |
